American male looking for Vietnamese female friend

I am a outgoing American male. Very All-American. I really love the Vietnamese people and are attracted to the women. I am just not sure if they are attracted to me. Really not sure of the Vietnamese culture and their custom of seeing an American. Looking For: Outgoing and willing to try new things. I would like to try and learn the Vietnamese language, but the person teaching must be very patient with me. I already know a small amount of the language.
